Out of Darkness was formed in 2020 by Brent E. Smedley (Iced Earth), Drums and Percussion, and Eric Barrios, Vocals and Guitar. Brent and Eric are now joined by guitar virtuoso Bill Staley and James MacDonough (Megadeth, Iced Earth) on Bass.
Our Sound
Out of Darkness seeks to redefine their sound and broaden the spectrum of True Heavy Metal. This band features powerfully crafted songs with crushing riffs, catchy vocal melodies, thought provoking lyrics, and entrancing rhythms that take the listener on an audio journey through dynamic and colorful musical soundscapes.
